Jachter Family Wines seeks an enthusiastic and highly motivated hospitality professional with incredible interpersonal skills. The perfect candidate for this key role must be passionate about people, wine, and their team. They must be able to successfully meet sales goals and balance selling wine while keeping the service flow running smoothly for guests and the team to ensure every guest has a positive and memorable experience that develops long-lasting relationships.

What we offer:
An array of perks and benefits, including paid holidays, PTO, wine allocation, and employee pricing, are offered. Competitive pay is commensurate with experience and includes a competitive hourly rate, gratuity, commission on bottle sales, wine club incentives, and a performance-based bonus structure. The pay range listed below is DOE and includes the hourly rate with gratuities.

A FEW MUST-HAVES:
2+ years of tasting room experience.
OLCC Server’s Permit is required.
Oregon Food Handler Permit is required.
Reliable, punctual, and solution-oriented.
Able to lift 40 lbs+ repeatedly every shift.
Weekend and occasional evening availability is required.
Able to work for 8+ hours on your feet in a building with concrete floors.
WSET 2 or higher is a plus but not required.
