Job Summary:
Assist busy tasting room and wine bistro with set up and break down of tours, washing, buffing and restocking glassware and other support tasks which provide for exceptional customer support while enhancing the guest experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Tasting Room Support (70%)
•  Create a memorable experience for all guests who enter the property through a high standard of customer service.
•  Stock glassware, wine, tasting menus and other materials for daily tasting room operations.
•  Occasionally assist guests out to their vehicle with purchases.
•  Daily set up and break down of glasses, wine and other items for tastings and tours.
•  Washing and buffing glassware and assisting sales staff with order fulfillment.
•  Maintaining cleanliness in guest areas by sweeping, dusting, and polishing furniture to maintain a high guest standard.

2. Bistro Support (25%)
•  Stock wine, glassware, coffee, and other supplies.
•  Washing and buffing glassware.
•  Clearing and cleaning tables from outdoor and indoor areas.
•  Occasionally assisting guest out to their vehicles with purchases.

3. Special Event Support (5%)
•  Washing and buffing glassware for special events
•  Setting and clearing tables

Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A

Job Requirements:
Education/Experience: One to two years of retail, customer service or tasting room experience and/or training.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
