We have an exciting opportunity for temporary Bussers to join the Markham Vineyards hospitality team! Reporting to the Tasting Room and Events Manager, this dynamic position is a unique hands-on opportunity to be a part of dynamic team that implements exceptional customer service sales standards in the heart of Napa wine country, and is a stepping stone towards your career in wine. As an in front and back of house connoisseur, the Tasting Room Busser is an integral part of our team, helping support world-class customer service to all guests. As an on the floor leader, you will work closely with DTC Leadership. This role is based in St. Helena, CA and is a Temporary Non-Exempt position, working 24hrs/week, mandatory weekends (Fri.-Sun.).

Minimum Qualifications:
- To be successful in this role you must be a proactive team member
- Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time
- Lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
- Work a flexible schedule that includes all weekends (Fri-Sun), evenings and/or holidays
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be able to provide U.S. Work Authorization without current or future sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Clear tables after guests leave. Take glass/tableware to kitchen and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing
- Between seatings, promptly clean table tops, chairs and banquette
- Reset and arrange tabletops
- Respond appropriately to guest requests, communicate guest requests to servers/manager immediately
- Restock wine, merchandise and collateral materials as needed
- Assist with pre/post shift setup/cleanup
- Maintain the cleanliness of all back of house areas
- Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager
