POSITION SUMMARY

We are working with a large, family run wine business to find a qualified VP OF MARKETING to complement their team. This role manages the department, requiring brand management, trade marketing, innovation, and additional experience. It is responsible for the development and execution of strategy, tactics and programs to create interest, demand and recognition for the brands.

LOCATION
- Northern CA; the specific location will be provided to qualified candidates. This requires working in the office 4 days a week.

CANDIDATE MUST MEET MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (not all-inclusive)
- Must reside and be authorized to work in the US
- BS/BA in Marketing, MBA preferred
- 15 years progressive marketing management experience in a wine company or in the CPG industry
- Must have a high level of wine knowledge and understanding of the complex 3-tier beverage-alcohol system
- A strong commitment to fostering a positive company culture
- Advanced level in Microsoft Office with knowledge and understanding of Trade Pulse, AC Nielsen and/or IRI Data.
