Sparkling Assistant Winemaker or Enologist

CARBONISTE Modern Sparkling Wine

Sonoma, CA

Job Description:

Want to learn how to make traditional method sparkling wine? We are looking for somone to help create the future of sparkling wine.

CARBONISTE was born out of our desire to reimagine sparkling wine in California. We draw from the techniques and knowledge of the past while using innovation to explore what California-style sparkling wine is, because here in California, there are no rigid requirements around sparkling wine (we’re looking at you, Champagne).
We innovate with grape varieties, packaging, and processes as much as we’d like. And because we commit to doing just that, customers can be confident that they’ll get a fresh, well-made sparkling wine that transports them to the vineyard, all while rivaling Champagne without the price.

Our winemaking team is looking for either an assistant winemaker or enologist (depending on experience) to join our sparkling production team. No sparkling experience required, but a thirst for bubbles is.
