Position Summary: This part-time position serves in a busser/runner/stockperson capacity and requires multitasking efficiently in a busy environment. In addition they will need to be able to pay close attention to detail and be committed to exhibiting excellence in customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide efficient service as busser/runner for the tasting room bar area, our outdoor venue, the Terrace, and for events; includes drying glasses, bussing tables,
dishwashing, support of servers and hospitality staff, stocking wine, packing shipping orders and other various duties
• Event set up and break down
• Assist with outgoing wine shipments; loading and transferring wine to warehouse or customer’s car
Skills & Knowledge Required:
Regular work requires a great deal of walking, bending, and must be able to lift a case of wine (average weight is 40 lbs)
Must be 18 years of age
Strong multitasking abilities, initiative, and communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills: enjoy working with the public in a friendly and outgoing manner
Works efficiently and follows Company policy and procedures, with or without immediate supervision
Ability to work a flexible schedule, weekends are a must, including nights when needed
