Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Highly successful fast growing fine and rare wine company is looking for an entry level hands-on, people oriented, organized individual with excellent customer service skills. If you're new to the wine industry, or would like to get involved in fine and rare wine this is a great place to start!

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Liaison between the Sales Department and the warehouse
• Physical Returns
• Manage orders including; pre-arrival, holding, and shipping
• Maintain and communicate accurate knowledge of weather for all shipments
• Maintain up to date knowledge on Domestic shipping regulations
• Shipping resource for the office
• Provide personal customer inventory as appropriate
• Coordinate customer pick up orders
• Support the sales team with order processing and web orders
• Work with the Manager of Client Relations to process credit card exchanges and returns
• All new order inquiries
• Notify customers of problems with shipments and work to find a resolution that is satisfactory to both the client and the Company
• Ensure all client concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner

Desired skills:
• Global wine knowledge a plus
• Excellent client relations skills; ability to create and maintain professional relationships with existing and potential clients
• Self-directed with high personal quality expectations, as well as a solid team player
• Exceptional problem-solving/trouble-shooting skills
• Expertise using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word

Entry level; High School diploma or general education degree required. Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Two years or more in related experience.
