We are seeking an Associate Promotions Manager-Strategic Accounts team member on a contract basis. This role is slated to last approximately 4-5 months and is based in our Napa office. If you are a creative, brand or strategic accounts strategy professional with exceptional project management skills, this is your opportunity to break into the wine industry. In this role you will be responsible for activation of all customized strategic programs, facilitating the production of materials, managing the relationship between brand marketing, agency partners, vendors, and outside suppliers, assisting in the production & development of all strategic account programs including working with creative services team on materials that drive volume, tracking the effectiveness of programs and recommending actions to improve performance pre, during and post program deployment, and managing external agency relationships.
The successful candidate will be an exceptional project manager who has a keen eye for analyzing data, will have prior experience working with promotional agencies and with cross functional teams, and will have strong written and oral communication skills. Must be highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel. Adult beverage or CPG experience highly preferred.
