1 - Sales Analyst (3 positions – Sonoma & Napa Counties) Provide Strategic analysis to management team and key decision makers to drive financial planning, pricing and profit. Degree in Accounting or Finance required. Wine and/or CPG industry experience highly desired.
· Tracking key metrics & reporting
· Variance Analysis
· P&L analysis
· Financial forecasting
· Ad-hoc reporting
2 - Accounting Manager (Sonoma County) Partner with Management team to drive financial leadership and supervision to accounting department.
· Financial reporting
· Leadership of the month-end close process
· Job costing
· Inventory accounting
· Trend analysis, and general accounting functions
Degree in Accounting or Finance required and strong systems acumen with a large ERP desired – SAP, Navision, JDE, or Oracle.
3 - Senior Accountant (Sonoma County) Partner with Controller and GM to provide strategic accounting support.
· Month-end close
· Heavy account reconciliations
· Financial statements
· Revenue and variance analysis.
5+ years accounting experience and wine industry background preferred.
4 - Staff Accountant (Napa County) Manage Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable.
· Journal entries
· Bank reconciliations
· Month end closing procedures and some inventory analysis.
· Navision a plus
· Degree in Accounting or Finance
· This is a company with a lot of growth potential
· Looking for 2-3 years of experience in the hospitality/wine industry.
5 - Office Manager (Sonoma County) This role will manage an in house staff of 5 as well as a seasonal staff of up to 30 employees.
Responsibilities will include:
· AR/AP payroll
· All aspects of human resources
· Bi-lingual preferred
· QuickBooks experience is desired but not required
Company has a well-rounded philosophy of helping out wherever needed; a can-do attitude is needed to fit in.
6 - AR/AP Clerk (Sonoma County) Assistant to the Full Charge Bookkeeper, this opportunity includes, matching and coding PO’s, managing aging reports, customer service based collections calls and bi-weekly check runs.
· Position will back up the Bookkeeper on various tasks and projects when needed.
· Customer service skills are incredibly important, as this individual will answer all incoming calls.
· Degree not required, 1-2 years of AR or AP experience a plus.
