We have cellar and barrel room space available for custom crush clients. Our talented winemaking team will take great care of your wines from start to finish. Services, Equipment & Supplies Included:
• A winemaker with over 12 years of experience who will oversee logistics, operations and be a resource for consultation as needed
• Armbruster destemmer
• Diemme bladder press up to 12 tons per load
• Dual jacketed open top fermenters (6-7 tons) with pneumatic punch down or pump over capabilities
• Closed top tanks for white fermentations and wine storage
• Tank control and monitoring via TankNet
• Blending Tanks
• Glycol chilling
• Barrel washing
• 180F hot water stations and compressed air hookups
• Two separate temperature and humidity-controlled barrel rooms
• Basic lab analysis including Brix, pH, SO2, RS, ML & ALC
• SO2, tartaric/malic acid, and other winemaking additives (can also assist in ordering additions not on site), as well as caustic, citric and sodium percarbonate for equipment sanitation.
• Nitrogen and argon cylinders, access to other gases or dry ice if needed
• All other equipment required for wine production (pumps, hoses etc.)
