Our full service custom crush and A/P facility services the Ventura, Santa Barbara, central coast, southern California, Los Angeles and Temecula areas. We are conveniently located off Hwy 5 in Santa Clarita.
We provide a level of service for vineyard consulting, A/P and custom crush, previously unavailable in the southern California area. We specialize in producing central coast custom red wines by hand in very small lots. This unique method allows for maximum complexity in the final wines. All done in a fun and friendly environment.

With two professional winemakers with proven backgrounds performing all of your duties (not cellar workers), our facility is ideal for hand crafted red wine lots from 1 to 15 tons. Our equipment is specifically designed to run slow for maximum quality.
We are a fully equipped facility offering full service grape crushing, bin fermentation, barrel storage, bottling services, onsite laboratory analysis and more. All of which is performed indoors in a temp and humidity controlled facility with endless 180 degree hot water.
We work with each client individually to determine your goals in order to achieve the wines desired. With custom crush AND A/P options, you can be as involved in every aspect of the process as you would like to be.

Space is very limited but we are accepting a couple more applications for the 2014 harvest with a minimum of one ton per red variety. Sorry but we have reached a maximum on our white programs.
