Legend Napa Valley Custom Crush leverages decades of industry experience crafting award-winning wines to offer a production facility for clients of any size. Our mission is to help you create great wine that exceeds your expectations.

We offer all aspects of custom crush services with our focus on our customer’s creative vision for their wine. We implement an individual program for each client, tailored to your specified winemaking requirements for your grapes. We utilize a customized automated pumpover system for each client.

Production:
•  Legend Napa Valley offers full service production options to our custom crush clients out of our 25,000 square foot facility.
•  Pressing, crushing, fermentation and blending options for both red and white grapes using our state of the art equipment.
•  TankNet systems with hot and cold glycol plumbed to every tank ensures your fermentation is controlled to your specifications.
•  Whether it’s volume or boutique small lots you are after, our facility and production team can meet your needs.

Bottling: Our facility is set up to accommodate mobile bottling lines so that wines can be produced and bottled in our facility.

Storage: We offer both tank and barrel storage to all our clients depending on their needs. Tank storage is available outside of harvest months.
