Björnson Vineyard has custom crush space that has recently become available for the 2024 vintage and beyond.
We specialize in small-lot production of premium Pinot noir and Chardonnay as well as other specialty varieties. We offer custom crush services at different tiers of involvement, depending on size. We have several newer pieces of crush equipment including Destemmer, Roller-sorter, and Press, all very gentle and perfect for whole berry fermentation. We also offer grape sales from our two estates which are prioritized to our custom crush clients on availability.
Björnson Vineyard is part of a scenic 107-acre farm, located in the Willamette Valley’s Eola-Amity Hills. We are certified Salmon-Safe and sustainable by L.I.V.E. (Low Input Viticulture and Enology). We are committed to generating renewable energy, farming sustainably, and making wine with minimal handling.
