Produced from grapes grown in the Rogue Valley. The fruit was carefully sorted and destemmed then fermented in 1.25 ton open tops. Malolactic ferment in barrel is complete and wine is aging in barrel (26% new oak, others neutral). It is about 15% alcohol, 3.76 pH, TA of about 5g/L and no residual sugar.
