One block is head pruned and planted in 1972 on St. George root stock and the other is cordon pruned and planted in 1988 on 110R. Located on a steep knoll at the base of Sonoma Mountain. Farmed organically (not certified), dry-farmed and no-till. Canopy is meticulously cared for by hand with multiple passes annually. Average ~2 tons/acre.
