This Chardonnay had some VA issues and three passes through a removal machine reduced the VA to acceptable levels but resulted in a less flavorable wine. This is probably not a stand alone Chardonnay so consider that when asking for samples, this would be fine in alternative wine applications or blending into a larger lot.
