2023 Sangiovese from our Butte County vineyard. Our vineyard is farmed sustainably - not organic certified. Picked brix 24, small lot fermentations with manual punch downs. RP 15 yeast. Minimum 120G. Great color and texture. 1/2 is in Frenck Oak Barrels the other in a tank. Also have vintages of 2018- 2021 available.
