This is a Customer Service position in a growing wine warehouse environment. Excellent communication skills, interpersonal, and organizational skills are needed. This role acts as a key point of contact for customers and liaison to warehouse which fulfills projects. This is an intermediary position between customers and operations. Experience working in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word and Outlook are mandatory. An ability to multitask, work well under pressure and work well as a team player are needed. Wine industry experience is a plus but not mandatory. Previous administrative and customer service experience is mandatory.
