We are looking to add a full time Cellar Hand to our winery team in Corvallis Oregon. Fullerton Wines explores the rich and varied AVAs of Oregon by expressing the distinct personality of each vineyard and vintage in the bottle. Bottling single vineyard pinot noirs from six of the hallmark nested AVAs, winemaker Alex Fullerton highlights the diversity of styles revealed through soil, micro-climate, and vintage variations.

As a small business we all wear many hats which keeps the novelty of our work fresh.

The duties of this position include:
Vineyard sampling
Fruit receival, sorting, and processing
Cleaning/sanitization of tanks and equipment
Barrel cleaning/steaming
Fermentation/cap management
Racking
Barreling down
Topping off barrels
Bottling
Lab analysis
Forklift operation
Pouring wine in a tasting room setting
Smelling and tasting the lovely wines as they ferment and age

Qualifications and requirements:
Interest in learning about wine, farming, and winemaking
Prior experience of at least one harvest preferred
Willingness to work long hours and weekends when necessary (mostly during harvest)
Ability to work on your feet for long periods
Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
Ability to walk up and down stairs repeatedly
Enthusiasm for working with the team towards the common goal of making delicious Oregon wines
Must be 21 years of age
