We are looking for a warm and kind wine expert to join a family owned, boutique winery in Oak Knoll District, Napa. Our wine is highly desired and allocated exclusively to club members and estate guests. This position is a full-time brand representative and sales opportunity.
The right person can tell a story and ask a question; they can hold a conversation and keep people engaged. They are friendly, outgoing and a team player. You must have experience in the wine industry selling wine. We are looking for an individual who can fit in with our positive, happy, and inclusive culture.

Responsibilities include:
-Wine/Membership Sales and Order Entry
-Following up with guest’s needs and queries both by phone and email
-Greeting guests, answering the phone, and making reservations
-Opening and closing the hospitality areas and grounds as well as, daily upkeep
-Set up/break down and support your team members when needed, work directly with winemaking, wine club and ownership in achieving common goals and objectives
-Be able to work offsite events and perform targeted outreach when necessary
-Wearing many hats and getting your hands dirty from time to time

Required skills and qualifications include:
-Proven track record in sales, preferably wine
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Experience with CRM/Data entry
-Computer literate with word processing and spreadsheet applications, Commerce 7 experience is a plus
-Precision with order entry, ability to problem solve
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow through on projects with minimal supervision.
-Ability to lift a case of wine (42 pounds)
-Must be able to work well with a team and provide gracious hospitality
-This is a full-time, hourly position, and weekends are required

Job Type: Full-time
This is an hourly position. Income depends on hours worked. Pay rate $25-$27hr + Commissions and bonuses.
