Production Manager job responsibilities include:

•  Planning and organizing production schedules for the night shift to meet customer demands and optimize resources.
•  Monitoring production processes during the night shift to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
•  Managing and developing a team of production workers during the night shift, including training, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment.
•  Oversee cross-functional teams, such as Bottling, Cellar, Warehousing, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance, to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.

Position Requirements:

•  Bachelor's degree, preferably in supply chain or business.
•  3+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, and/or production, or a combination of education and experience in a multi-faceted position.
•  Previous experience in an FDA-regulated industry.
•  Strong knowledge of GMP requirements and quality systems.
•  Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
•  Must be 21 years of age or older (working with alcohol)

Your Compensation:

$92,552.00-$120,296.00/yr. based upon relevant experience
