The Walls & PÁŠXA are seeking a National Sales Manager. The NSM will immerse themselves in our brands while developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and expand our market presence across the United States.

The candidate we seek is self-motivating, independent, organized, and brings high-value relationships with distributors and key accounts across the US.

About The Walls and PÁŠXA
Based in Walla Walla and founded in 2014, The Walls makes wines with a story to tell. Through meticulous farming and bold winemaking, we craft wines that mix the classic with the eclectic.

PÁŠXA seeks to unlock the secrets of the The Rocks District AVA. An exploration of Rhone-varietals in this exciting AVA, PÁŠXA was the youngest winery to be listed on Wine & Spirits Top 100 Wineries in the World in 2023.

The Role
The National Sales Manager is responsible for the sales of two ultra-premium brands; The Walls and PÁŠXA. Each wine has a distinct, unique story and go-to-market strategy. The NSM is the ultimate brand ambassador who will share the story of these brands with partners and accounts across the US.

Working with our existing partners, the NSM will drive the business forward by being analytical, capitalizing on opportunities, and confronting the challenges that each market presents. This role will identify new distributor partners and successfully launch these brands to new markets.

The NSM is responsible for goal setting, communicating company objectives, optimizing pricing, promotions, and the product mix. Your role is to lead, support, and enable our distributors to maximize the success of our brands. The Walls and PÁŠXA want to be true partners with our distributors and align the interests of both parties.

This role requires significant time in the market (15-20 trips per year). The NSM will work with distributor partners to develop and expand our account base. Additionally, the NSM will develop accounts independently by identifying and engaging with high-impact and high-image accounts in key markets.

This role reports to the General Manager but will communicate and strategize frequently with Ownership. This is a key member of an efficient team so the candidate must be results oriented.

This is an exciting role for a dynamic and growth-oriented sales professional. You will take part in strategic decision-making regarding the sales and marketing of a differentiated, growing luxury brand.

Compensation is dependent on experience. Bonus and Commission Apply. Competitive Benefits Offered.
