Nestled in the Eola-Amity Hills of Oregon’s Willamette Valley, Zenith Vineyard is a family owned 93 acre vineyard, winery, tasting room and events destination specializing in the production of cool climate viticulture and the curation of wonderful memories.

Beginning in May of 2023, Zenith Vineyard opened its doors as a Custom Crush facility looking to partner with clients on the production of full and partial service winemaking. From fruit arrival to bottling, our unique model provides an exceptional space for experienced winemakers to develop their brands in a collaborative atmosphere using the best equipment available. For those without an experienced winemaker, you’ll have access to our dedicated winemaking team with over 20 years of experience to deliver on all your production expectations.

Highlights of the facility:
Clean, collaborative cellar with new epoxy flooring, non-skid surface, adequate drains and 3-phase power
Reverse Osmosis water filtration system
7x7 Tanktemp Glycol unit with plenty of access points and multiple blower coils for cooling the barrel room
Tanktemp glycol heating cart and plates
Full service processing line including fruit scale, oscillating hopper, sorting table, elevator and Delta E2 destemmer with multiple cages to accommodate varying berry size
Diemme 34hL bladder press and Bucher Vaslin JLB12 basket press
Jacketed stainless steel and concrete tanks of all shapes and sizes
Multiple forklifts, pallet jacks, pumps (air diaphragm and electric positive displacement) and Pulsair TM-2002W for cap management
Aaquatools Hot Cart with AaquaBlaster LT barrel washer and Aaquatools Barrel Steamer
Temperature controlled subterranean barrel room
Temperature controlled case goods storage room
Full service bottling truck on site 3-4 times per year
Premier access to any uncontracted Zenith Vineyard grapes

As an added perk to our berry to bottle Custom Crush services, we offer our clients an opportunity to feature their wines in our on site tasting room, poured by our thoughtful hospitality staff. We also provide access to a commercial kitchen alongside numerous private tasting rooms and outside spaces for you to host your Cellar Club or Distribution partners.
