Carbonated beverages are growing, people love bubbles. We are now offering five various bubbly shiners for $104/case. No minimum order!

We artificially carbonate our wine with carbon dioxide in a traditional champagne package with cork & wire hood. Our wines using this method are approx .380g/100ml of CO2 which is below the threshold TTB considers sparkling. Therefore it is in the still wine tax class.
