Description:
Dry, crisp, aromatic rose. A little more body than the alc might suggest, but still a quaffer. Picked early; i.e., not a saignee. A mix of barrel and tank ferments. 10% each of chard and viognier. Malo blocked. Isinglass fined. Sterile filtered. Bottled in flint Burgundy and unbranded Trefinos (agglomerated, supercritical CO2 treated, compare to DIAM) corked. No capsules. Plain white boxes. Pickup on Treasure Island. $96/cs if you take the whole lot; $108/cs if you take less.
