Enartis USA announces new partnership with Oculyze

Windsor, CA  — Enartis USA, is pleased to announce its new partnership with Oculyze in offering the Oculyze Fermentation Wine yeast counter to the wine industry. Oculyze is based in Wildau in Germany and specializes in the automation of image analysis across various industries. The Oculyze Fermentation Wine is specifically designed to count wine yeast populations present throughout the stages of fermentation.

Oculyze Fermentation Wine (FW) combines a 400x optical magnification with cloud-based image analysis software to enable you to accurately, easily and instantly analyze yeast concentrations onsite before and during the fermentation process. No special expertise or training is required.
