Saverglass Group Announces Production Continues Despite Covid-19

Posted on March 24, 2020

Considering the current events relating to the Covid-19 coronavirus epidemic, the Saverglass Group would like to inform you of its own situation and the measures implemented.

To date, all of the Group's activities are operating normally, and the production sites in France, Mexico, the U.A.E. and Belgium are not experiencing any particular disruption.

As soon as the first alerts were raised, a Crisis Unit "Coronavirus Prevention" was opened, in application of our internal provisions relating to both Risk Prevention and Business Continuity management. Saverglass has been certified in Business Continuity according to the ISO 22301 standard since 2014.

This Crisis Unit is composed of heads of all operational departments and ensures the permanent management of these events, both in regard to the group's employees, customers, suppliers and public authorities.

In addition to complying with the provisions of local authorities, the Group has implemented measures to restrict travel and plenary meetings for its employees, health prevention measures at its various sites and to welcome visitors.

We will keep you informed of any significant developments in our situation. Your usual commercial contacts are at your disposal to deal with all your day-to-day operations and to answer any specific questions you may have.

Be confident that Saverglass and all of its employees are working to maintain the level of service and information you expect.
