ITEK WINE Announces Completion New Building in Paso Robles

Posted on November 14, 2019

ITEK WINE's Manu Fiorentini started his company in the Central Coast 9 years ago. He is the agent for french group Sylvain Family barrels and oak tanks (brands include Tonnellerie Sylvain, Tonnellerie Meyrieux and Foudrerie Marc Grenier), as well as the agent for Italian Della Toffola's winemaking equipment and he is the sole distributor in North America of renowned Italian concrete tank manufacturer Nico Velo. For the past 7 years ITEK WINE's team have also been providing mobile filtration and wine treatment services on the Central Coast with two ceramic membrane cross flow filters, an Ion exchange technology to perform pH reduction and tartrate stabilization, and a reverse osmosis rig for VA reduction.

"I am very excited for the completion of our new location and want to take this opportunity to thank all of the winemakers who have trusted my products and services for the past 9 years. Their success in making world class wines is very encouraging, and it goes hand in hand with my growth."

"Increasing sales and occasional need for servicing equipment prompted me to build a centralized location where we can showcase more equipment and have more spare parts on hand. The offices space allows for conducting wine tasting seminars and a place for the local wine community to gather. Eventually we will also provide in house filtrations and wine treatments for small wine lots as this facility is built just like a winery. " Manu Fiorentini, CEO.

The Grand Opening is scheduled for mid December.
