Mavrik Celebrates 15 Years of Custom Mobile Services

Posted on May 22, 2021

Santa Rosa, CA. Mavrik celebrates 15 years of customized solutions and mobile service.

“Before starting Mavrik, we committed ourselves to creating only solutions that were tangibly superior in some aspect,” said Bob Kreisher, Director of Research and Development. “We have always been determined not to be just another mobile service provider.”

Most recently, Mavrik rolled out it's counterintuitive improvement to smoke taint removal. As smoke taint continues to elude researchers, other services try to remove more and more flavors and aromas in hope of getting the right ones. Contrarily, Mavrik has, since first offering smoke taint service in 2008, continued to narrow it's process to remove fewer and fewer components other than smoky aromas and flavors. This led to the recent breakthrough which avoids over-processing or indiscriminately stripping wine.

This emphasis on reinventing familiar services has paid off in longevity for Mavrik. “Our biggest innovation, removing alcohol without heat or high pressure (2009), remains our most popular. Low pressure VA removal (2010) and smoke taint removal (2008) are close behind.” added co-founder Mariana Brown.

Mavrik is well positioned to be a leader in mobile services and machine sales for another 15 years. At its facility in Santa Rosa, Mavrik integrates it's mobile service, machine fabrication, sales, winemaking, and administrative teams. From there, they provide mobile services along the West coast from Baja to BC and cover all of North America and overseas with rentals and sales.

Since 2006, Mavrik has offered wine elevating processes with at least one key improvement. Low pressure VA removal and cellar temperature alcohol removal are only a few of the highlights of those substantial advantages over alternative processes. With design, fabrication, and services headquartered in Santa Rosa, CA Mavrik offers service, sales, and rental to the worldwide alcoholic beverage industries.
