Posted on June 15, 2020

Santa Rosa, CA (June 15, 2020) -- ATPGroup and Mavrik announce a new collaboration to provide wine treatment mobile services to wineries. Both companies have a long history of excellence in the Mobile Services sector. However, each has historically specialized in different segments of Mobile Services.

To the collaboration, Mavrik contributes technical expertise at solving difficult winemaking problems, such as how to remove alcohol without heating wine or how to remove volatile acidity while preserving volatile esters and fixed acids. ATPGroup contributes broad customer service expertise as well as extensive operational experience in wine filtration and wine management.

Combining forces creates the broadest range of services available in the industry:

  • Alcohol Reduction
  • Crossflow Microfiltration (PES and PP)

  • Lees/High Solids Filtration (with or without DE)
  • Brett/Dekkera Metabolite Removal
  • pH Reduction
  • Thermovinification
  • Removal of Smoke Taint, Sulfides, Pyrazines, and more

Customers are able to access the full spectrum of services through either company. “This alliance will make us even more agile and able to meet all of our customers’ needs with the broadest array of the best quality Mobile Services available,” said Massimiliano Buiani, Vice President of Enological Process Sales at ATPGroup. “In addition,” adds Robert Kreisher Ph.D., President of Mavrik North America, “it extends our geographical reach from central California to Grandview, Washington.”
