Scott Laboratories adds new functionality to its e-commerce platform for harvest

Petaluma, Calif.—Scott Laboratories, the leader in fermentation, filtration, packaging and equipment offerings to the wine industry, is excited to announce a suite of robust additions to its e-commerce platform. Launched last harvest, the new site was designed to enable customers the opportunity to conveniently obtain technical information, place orders at anytime, and have visibility of their complete order history. Since its introduction, over 2,500 customers have begun using the platform.

Recent upgrades to the site have allowed a host of new functionality, many that will be a winemaker’s dream this harvest. “We are continually looking at ways to improve the customer experience,” comments Tristan Johnson, Digital Experience Manager for Scott Laboratories. “Our goal is for customers to be able to do everything in one spot, seamlessly.”

Reorder Tools
Search through past invoices and shipments, and with one click, add to cart to reorder.

Order Planner
Download the handy Order Planner to easily plan and organize a full harvest shopping list in one place.

Quick-Order Shopping Cart
The site’s shopping cart allows customers to quickly enter orders without navigating to every item page.

Order Upload
Assemble orders in advance in a spreadsheet and simply load the CSV file directly into a shopping cart.

Order Templates
For items that are ordered regularly or for a specific wine, nothing beats the Order Templates feature. Just assemble a shopping cart and choose "Save as Order Template” to quickly access it whenever needed.
