Posted on November 04, 2010

Ameridia, a division of France’s Eurodia Industrie, announced the appointment of Domingo Rodriguez to promote their wine processing technologies across North America, including “STARS” the “Flex Your Power” award winning tartrate stabilization technology.

Domingo Rodriguez’s latest engagement was with Winesecrets, who introduced STARS to the North American Wine Industry and who will continue to provide mobile STARS service. Rodriguez was most recently the General Manager and VP of Winesecrets.

“We are thrilled to have Domingo join our team,” said Daniel Bar, the President of Ameridia. “His skills and 16 years’ experience will be of great value to customers who will increasingly look to technologies like STARS for improving quality and cutting costs” added Bar.

STARS, with its sustainability advantage over any other tartrate stabilization process and guaranteed zero wine loss application, is available in both mobile and winery facility installed models. STARS units range in capacity from 400 to 4500 gallons per hour.
Domingo Rodriguez will be based in Napa, California, while Ameridia is based in Somerset, New Jersey. Its parent company, Eurodia Industrie, has its main office in Pertuis, France. The company has been supplying cutting edge equipment and technology to the wine industry for over 15 years.

Winesecrets, who will continue to provide mobile STARS service, was founded in 2003 to bring STARS, an environmentally friendly solution for tartrate stabilization to the North American wine industry. Winesecrets also offers other filtration services including VA Reduction, Taint Removal and Alcohol Adjustment, Ultra Filtration, Cross-Flow Micro-Filtration and mobile centrifugal clarification.
