Britt Dimmick Appointed Vice President National Accounts at Wines of Substance
Seattle and Walla Walla, Wash. (June 24, 2020) – Washington winemaker, Charles Smith, announces changes to his Company’s sales organization by putting key people in new roles and to align the Company for continued success in the marketplace.
Britt Dimmick has been appointed Vice President National accounts, a newly created position. In this role, Britt will be responsible for leading a team to drive distribution in both On and Off Premise accounts nationally. “Britt has proven time and time again her ability to build relationships, deliver results, and lead in this channel,” said Anna Mosier, President. “From day one, Charles Smith has been committed to making exceptional wine for all people to enjoy at a really great price. Driving distribution in National Accounts helps us fulfill this commitment by providing greater access for all consumers to find, try, and love our brands.”
Britt has been with Wines of Substance for five years and brings 24 years of wine industry experience. She has worked in several key supplier roles in the Northeast, Northwest, West, Central and with National Retail and Club Accounts. Britt will continue to be based in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she lives with her husband.
Wines of Substance also announced that they have created an additional sales region to provide greater support to Mid-Atlantic states. Heather Shapiro joined Wines of Substance as Regional Sales Director and will lead the newly created region covering Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, Delaware, Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Indiana.
