Opus One Welcomes New Human Resources Manager
Napa, Calif.—Opus One Winery CEO, David Pearson, and Director of Human Resources, Dana Garaventa, announce the appointment of Daniela Franco as Human Resources Manager. Ms. Franco will be responsible for general human resources activities, recruiting and new hire processing, and administering benefit insurance and retirement plans.
Ms. Franco most recently served as Senior Human Resources Generalist for Interim, Inc. a Non-Profit that specializes in providing services for adults with mental illness. Daniela acquired her passion for people during her tenure at Carmel Valley Ranch within Guest Services, and eventually joined their Human Resources team where she assisted in rebranding the company’s culture and team development. Ms. Franco joins Opus One with a great history of success in human resource management and strategic planning.
