The Mark Wine Group Welcomes New Vice President Of Sales

AUSTIN, Texas, Jan. 4, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The Mark Wine Group is proud to announce and welcome Donn Danielson as the Company's second Vice President of Sales, effective January 2, 2018. Danielson joins Jeff Scott, Vice President of Sales and Mark Gmur, the company's President & Founder on the company's sales team servicing On-Premise National Accounts across the United States. Danielson will be responsible for sales growth for all winery partners within The Mark Wine Group's portfolio.

Based out of New Orleans, Louisiana, Danielson is a 23-year wine industry veteran, most recent position was with European Cellars/Eric Solomon Selections as Director of National Accounts; On & Off Premise.

In 2009 he was hired by Folio Fine Wines and served in increasing roles as Western Region Sales Director, Director of National Accounts, Off-Premise and Southwest Region Sales Director. Prior to Folio Fine Wines he was the National Sales Director for Grgich Hills from 2007-2009, after holding roles at The Hess Collection Winery as Northwest Regional Sales Manager and Western Divisional Sales Manager from 2000-2007. He also ran Chicago Wine Merchants as the General Sales Manager between 1995 and 1999.
