The process for finding the successor for Brian Vos, our current CEO, began almost two years ago. Cate Hardy, who is also a TWG board member, was selected after a national search. The Wine Group will benefit from Cate's excellent leadership experience as a CEO at PCC Community Markets and in her previous roles, including nine years at Starbucks.
