International Chardonnay Symposium Adds New Talent

Celebration includes an international roster of culinary up-and-comers

April 23, 2015 (Pismo Beach, Calif) –Planning is underway for the world’s foremost gathering of Chardonnay producers, The International Chardonnay Symposium (thechardonnaysymposium.com) May 28-30, 2015, including new personalities to join a star-studded roster of global wine and culinary stars. The Symposium will take place in the oceanfront communities of Pismo Beach and Avila Beach with grand tastings at The Dolphin Bay Resort & Spa (thedolphinbay.com) and The Cliffs Resort (cliffsresort.com) in Pismo Beach, California.

James Beard-nominated Chef Ari Kolender of Charleston, South Carolina’s Leon’s Oyster Shop, guest chef for the La Paulée Dinner along with The Dolphin Bay’s Lido Restaurant Executive Chef Jacob Moss

Chef Vatche Moukhtarian of the Cracked Pepper Bistro in Fresno, will prepare a Chardonnay-focused lunch menu following a seminar on Diversity in Balance: Pairing Chardonnay and Food, moderated by Bob Bath, MS

Artisanal Sausage and Chardonnay, a pairing workshop with Chef Antonio Varia of Alle-Pia Fine Cured Meats, Handcrafted Italian Salumi
