Laetitia Vineyard & Winery and NADIA Wines take Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo Int'l Wine Competition

January 6, 2015 (Arroyo Grande, Calif) – The Houson Livestock Show & Rodeo Uncorked! 2015 International Wine Competition recently announced winners, including

  • Double-Gold Medal for NADIA Wines’ 2012 Santa Barbara County Cabernet Sauvignon
  • Silver Medals for Laetitia Vineyard & Winery’s NV Brut Cuvee, 2011 Brut Rose, 2012 La Coupelle Pinot Noir and 2012 Les Galets Pinot Noir.

Laetitia and sister brand, NADIA Wines, competed against 2,578 entries and were adjudicated by 20 panels of judges consisting of wine experts, collectors and knowledgeable consumers.

“In ten short years, based on the number of entries, we’ve become one of the top five [wine] competitions in the United States,” said Robert Gilroy, vice chairman judging, winery relations for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo.
