Charles Krug
Spokesperson: Judd Wallenbrock, CEO and President
As we all brace for the uncertainty of the next few weeks, it is important we stay true to our core principle—the health and well-being of our employees and customers is our highest priority.  That being the case, in compliance with the request of CA governor Gavin Newsom, we are temporarily closing the tasting room until further notice.  But we can’t wait to welcome our visitors back with a glass of wine, a story or two, and a smile, all with appropriate social spacing and enhanced protocols in place!

While our tasting room may be closed, our ability to provide wine to our customers has not been compromised. Our customers can still enjoy Charles Krug wines from the comfort of their own home.  Through the end of March, keeping a positive ‘glass half full’ mindset, ground shipping is included on all orders within the standard shipping restrictions. Call (800-682-5784), e-mail us at membership@charleskrug.com or visit our website to stock up.

Additionally, we have canceled our upcoming events, including Comedy night on March 20, and are evaluating future events for late April including our SIP Series, Artist Showcase Series, and Fashion Arts Series.

The entire Charles Krug team will continue to monitor this situation very closely and always keep our valued friends and supporters at the forefront of our thoughts and actions.

Larkmead

Spokesperson: Cam Baker, Proprietor

As a result of COVID-19, Larkmead Vineyards has closed its tasting room effective immediately. The health and safety of our guests and staff are our top priority during this trying time. As we celebrate Larkmead's 125th anniversary this year, Larkmead and the larger Napa Valley community have weathered serious storms throughout history and will do so again.

We thank our guests and customers for their ongoing loyalty and support, and will be offering complimentary tasting experiences for any who have had their appointments canceled and wish to reschedule. In the meantime we will continue to service your wine orders, membership needs and any questions through our website, email and by telephone. We look forward to having the opportunity to provide you again with the excellent Larkmead hospitality at the Winery to which you are accustomed.

Nature does not cease: bud break will come, grapes will ripen, and harvest will be here before we know it. Larkmead shall continue to produce world-class wines, with great care for health and safety. Ever onward!

Oak Farm Vineyards
Spokesperson: Dan Panella, Co-Owner and Director of Winemaking
To comply with Governor Newsom’s recent order to close all bars, wineries and brewpubs, our tasting room will be closed until further notice. At Oak Farm Vineyards, we are proud to be a place where the community gathers for occasions big and small, and as such, we feel it is our responsibility to protect that community by doing our part to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

While our tasting room is closed, our winery operations will continue and we will be fully available to assist customers with orders, reservation rescheduling and more. We are offering free shipping on three or more bottles to all of our customers to show our appreciation for their continued support. If you have any questions or concerns about an existing order or a tasting reservation, please call us at (209) 365-6565 or email us at info@oakfarmvineyards.com.

Hamel Family Wines
Spokesperson: George Hamel, III, Managing Director

At Hamel Family Wines, we consider our guests’ and team members’ health and safety to be a top priority. Therefore, starting today our Estate House will be closed to all tasting and tour experiences until further notice. During this time, we will continue winery operations so that we may complete tasks that are essential to our business. We are available to answer questions about reservations, wine shipments and more during normal business hours via phone at (707) 996-5800 or email at info@hamelfamilywines.com.

We remain grateful to our community for their continued support during this time, and as such we are pleased to offer complimentary shipping to all of our customers so that they may enjoy Hamel Family Wines in the comfort and safety of their homes. We will also offer a future complimentary tasting experience for those whose upcoming reservations have been canceled due to the closure.

In times like these, we carry on knowing that we have the support of a resilient and united community. Our family and winery were at the heart of the 2017 Sonoma Valley wildfires, and through that experience learned that it's the difficult times that bring out the very best in people. We expect that to be one of our lasting memories when we look back on this time.
