Newberg, Ore.—Adelsheim Vineyard, one of the Willamette Valley’s founding wineries, has announced a nationwide search for a chief executive officer. This exciting news comes as the winery continues to expand its seasoned and passionate leadership team.

“We could not be more thrilled about the opportunity to build upon the groundwork laid by the amazing individuals that make Adelsheim a truly unique player in the wine industry,” said Adelsheim Vineyard co-owner Lynn Loacker. “Over the last several years, we’ve further amplified our commitment to pursue remarkable wines that celebrate the unique bounty of our estate vineyards, and we are confident the addition of a new CEO will magnify the success of our iconic wine brand.”

As the first winery in the Chehalem Mountains, Adelsheim has played an instrumental role in nearly every aspect of the Oregon wine story since 1971. As the brand continues to evolve, it will continue its commitment to:
? Elevating the Chehalem Mountains as a world-class wine-growing region by making elegant and complex wines.
? Supporting its talented and diverse leadership team, including winemaker Gina Hennen and vineyard manager Kelli Gregory.
? Creating unique partnerships with like-minded organizations, among them the Portland Trail Blazers and the Harrington Family Foundation.
? Championing inclusion in the food and beverage industry through involvement with TASTE: United for Equity and other organizations uniting female winemakers.
? Ensuring wine education is approachable, with the introduction of a digital video series, regular seminars and reservable guided hikes throughout the vineyard property.

“As we look to introduce a new CEO, our ideal candidate will build upon our strategic foundation so that our vineyards, our wines and our people remain here for generations to come,” continued Loacker.
