Napa County Farm Bureau to Host Benefit Drive for Sonoma County Fire Victims

Napa, Calif.—On Friday, November 8, from 3pm to 7pm, the Napa County Farm Bureau will host a charitable benefit drive to benefit Sonoma County fire victims and the Sonoma County Farm Bureau Kincade Fire Donation Fund. The Sonoma County Farm Bureau has been extremely instrumental in providing multiple types of relief and assistance to fire victims in Sonoma County and the Napa County Farm Bureau will assist their efforts in neighboring Napa County to encourage Napa County residents to attend the benefit drive, bring items to donate and to help contribute to the Kincade Fire Donation Fund.

"The Kincade fire is taking a toll on many and there are many who are in need of help right now," said Johnnie White, President of the Napa County Farm Bureau. "We encourage the community to join us in assisting our neighbors and giving them the help they need."

“We have seen devastating losses in neighboring Sonoma County and this is a time when our communities must unite together to help those who are suffering loss right now,” said Ryan Klobas, Chief Executive Officer of the Napa County Farm Bureau. “Our focus right now is helping our neighbors and friends in Sonoma County and doing what is needed to help them get through this extremely difficult time.”

Napa County residents are encouraged to stop by the event, bring items to donate to fire victims and help donate to assist Sonoma County fire victims through the Sonoma County Farm Bureau’s Kincade Fire Donation Fund. Tax deductible monetary contributions are preferred.

The event will occur at the Napa County Farm Bureau located at 811 Jefferson Street in Napa on Friday, November 8 from 3pm to 7pm.

Wine donated by Gamble Family Vineyards, beer donated by Mad Fritz Brewery and appetizers will be served.
