Weibel Winery Releases 2019 Patriot to Raise Money for American Veterans

Posted on May 19, 2021

There is nothing greater and braver than the men and women of the military that have put their lives on the line to fight for our country and our freedoms. While holidays like Memorial Day and the Fourth of July remind us of our patriotism — here at Weibel Winery, we choose to honor patriots all year round by producing a wine called Patriot.

This year, we are releasing our newest 2019 Vintage Patriot Red Wine Blend. This wine represents the devotion we have to make great wine, and the passion our patriots have towards protecting our freedom. As a thank you to those who have served, we are donating $2.00 for every bottle sold to The Disabled American Veterans (DAV) of San Joaquin County.

The DAV of San Joaquin County assists indigent and physically, mentally and socially handicapped veterans through their many programs. At Weibel Winery, it is a privilege to work with charities such as these that support individuals in our local area.

A release event will be hosted on Thursday, May 27, 11:00 am at our Downtown Lodi tasting room at 9 North School Street, Lodi CA. At that event, Fred Weibel Jr. (President and Owner of Weibel Family Winery) will present a check to Chuck Roots, President of the DAV with a check for $5,000.00. Weibel is honored to help support those that have given so much to our country.
