3 Badge Beverage Corporation Debuts Cedar + Salmon
Sonoma, Calif., (Oct. 24, 2017) – 3 Badge Beverage Corporation has introduced Cedar + Salmon, a new line of wines from the Pacific Northwest that honor the spirit of the region and the distinctive character of its wines. Cedar + Salmon debuts this fall with a Willamette Valley Pinot Gris and a Willamette Valley Pinot Noir; and a Cedar + Salmon Cabernet Sauvignon from Horse Heaven Hills in Washington will be soon introduced, as well.

The inaugural releases from Cedar + Salmon include a 2016 Pinot Gris ($19) and 2016 Pinot Noir ($25). Both wines are 100% Willamette Valley fruit and come from top growers in the region. Gentle handling, minimal racking and other small-lot winemaking techniques are used for the Cedar + Salmon wines.
Cedar + Salmon will be available in select markets around the country from 3 Badge Enology. In addition to Cedar + Salmon, other 3 Badge Enology wines include Gehricke, Leese-Fitch, Plungerhead, Moobuzz and The White Knight.
