Cos Pithos Rosso 2013

 Humble and yet delicious - animal hide, tobacco leaf and aniseed. Toothsome and meaty but also slippery and satisfying. Grip and life, wilted rose petals, rust and blood. It's curiously light but serious; playful but worthy of contemplation.
