Plaimont: a fine example of collective governance and best wines for the price (1/2)

 It is perhaps no need to present the Cave of Plaimont, an important cooperative Southwest exemplar of France. Its range of wines covers appellations Saint Mont (where the base is located), Madiran, Pacherenc Vic Bihl, but also the wider area of ??Côtes de Gascogne, whose wines are classified in wine country (sorry, Protected Geographical Indication but who had the idea of ??this term as techno-absurd uncommunicative of the substance?). I will speak of these wines for two weeks, first treat dry white, then, next week, red wines. The soft and fluffy, it may be for another time. The rosés, I'll go because they have not packed it.
