#AOC pettiness

 The AOC Clairette de Die Clairette would market a dew-based gamay. Why not, you say? Charbonnier his own master , there Gamay in the appellation area (sold under the name of Châtillon in Diois, for still wines), and it is rather qualitative; there is also a skill for the ancestral method. So, it is unclear what the INAO institute of origin and quality, might have to say about it.
