An Alsatian in Strasbourg

Our Alsatian friend Jean-Michel Jaeger shares his love for "his" beautiful city ... and its many gastronomic and vinous resources ... Must Strasbourg! A good idea to ride this summer, between runs cellars?
Tour guides, kindly distributed by the Tourist Office, are not enough to admire the Cathedral and the district La Petite France. It requires a bit of knowledge, a lot of curiosity, soul and good top heart.
