DESCRIPTION: Tonnellerie Saury is pleased to announce the Tradition Bourgogne barrel coopered from wood sourced 100% from Burgundian forests and naturally seasoned in Burgundy for 24 months. The barrels are crafted and toasted by Burgundian master coopers. Two toasting profiles are available: “the Pinot Noir” with traditional fire bending or “the Chardonnay,” using the exclusive water Immersion process. Both toasting methods have been developed in partnership with Tonnellerie Saury's clientele in Burgundy.
