Oak Fermenter
DESCRIPTION: Radoux cooperage introduces variable capacity oak fermenters for micro-fermentation and extended maceration. Made of French oak, these straight-sided fermenters are designed for ease of use with fittings so they can be moved and tipped by forklift. A floating lid in stainless steel or fiberglass is an option. The fermenters are available in 1-, 2- and 3-ton capacities.
