DESCRIPTION: Cellogum L is the green solution for tartrate stabilization. Cellogum L is a liquid solution of carboxymethylcellulose used to prevent the precipitation of potassium bitartrate crystals. Its use replaces the need for cold stabilization, therefore resulting in energy savings. Using Cellogum L also saves time since it can be added just prior to bottling.
